1. Overview
MAXORA LIQUIDATION specializes in the sale of liquidation pallets, bulk merchandise, overstock inventory, shelf pulls, and customer returns. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order with MAXORA LIQUIDATION, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
2. All Sales Final – Liquidation Inventory
Because we sell liquidation, overstock, shelf-pull, and customer-return merchandise:

All pallet and bulk inventory sales are final.

Items may be sold as untested, customer returns, shelf pulls, refurbished, or mixed condition unless otherwise stated.

Product manifests are provided for reference only and may vary slightly in quantity or condition.
We do not guarantee manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We will review claims under the following conditions:
If you receive:

A pallet materially different from the order confirmation

Inventory significantly damaged during transit

An incorrect shipment
You must:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and/or video evidence of:
-
The pallet upon arrival
-
The shipping label
-
The damaged or incorrect items
-

Keep all original packaging
Failure to notify us within 48 hours voids eligibility for review.
4. Approved Claims
If a claim is approved after internal review, MAXORA LIQUIDATION may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a partial refund

Offer store credit
-
Replace missing items (if available)
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened pallets
-
Customer remorse purchases
-
Unsold inventory
-
Items sold “AS-IS”
-
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
-
Bulk lots purchased at discounted negotiated pricing
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if:

The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover handling and administrative costs.
7. Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

MAXORA LIQUIDATION is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or third-party logistics providers.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before filing a dispute.
Filing fraudulent chargebacks for delivered merchandise may result in:

Collection procedures

Blacklisting from future purchases
