1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Large pallet or bulk orders may require additional handling time (3–5 business days).

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.


2. Shipping Methods

MAXORA LIQUIDATION ships through reputable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Major freight carriers (LTL Freight)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Other certified logistics providers

Shipping method depends on order size, weight, and destination.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Domestic U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Freight / Pallet Deliveries: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Freight classification

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Freight & Pallet Deliveries

For pallet and freight shipments:

  • Customer must provide accurate commercial or residential delivery information.

  • Liftgate service must be requested if required.

  • The customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  2. Take clear photos immediately.

  3. Notify us within 48 hours.

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours may void claim eligibility.


6. Risk of Loss

All shipments become the responsibility of the customer once transferred to the carrier.

MAXORA LIQUIDATION is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


7. International Shipping

If international shipping is available:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and customs clearance.

We are not responsible for customs delays.


8. Incorrect Address

If a customer provides an incorrect address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur a restocking fee.


9. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once the order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking within the stated processing time, please contact us.


10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to high-risk regions

  • Cancel orders flagged for fraud review

  • Limit bulk shipments to certain locations
